Google has an algorithm. Pools have chemistry. We know both.

We built the website, the Google Business Profile system and the review engine for our own pool company before we offered them to anyone else. Three months to prove it works, then month to month.

See exactly why you're not showing up

001  /  Florida pool companies Run by pool people — not a marketing agency that Googled “pool” Month to month after the first three

002 — Why you're invisible

Google shows three pool companies. Everyone else is on page two.

It's called the map pack. Three results, a map, and a phone number. Most homeowners call one of those three and never scroll. Here's what decides which three — drag the controls and watch yourself move.

Illustrative — real rankings depend on your market, your competitors and Google's index. But these are the actual levers, and they're the ones we pull every month. Get your real numbers →

003 — Who we work with

Which one are you?

The pool business isn't one business. A route guy and a builder have nothing in common except the water. Pick yours — we'll show you what we actually hear.

“I'm bidding against franchises with an ad budget bigger than my revenue, and my website looks like 2011.”

— what CPC-licensed builders tell us on the first call

  • Feast or famine at $60k a project. One lost bid breaks the month.
  • You sell a visual product through an ugly website with no portfolio.
  • Google Ads clicks run $30–$50 and the franchises outspend you all day.
  • Half your leads are “how much does a pool cost?” tire-kickers.

What we build for pool construction companies

For a $60,000 decision the website is the first impression. It has to carry the work.

  • Portfolio-first design — full-bleed project galleries that sell for you
  • Presence that stands next to a franchise without flinching
  • Forms that qualify budget and timeline before you drive out
  • Off-season lead flow so the pipeline doesn't go quiet

004 — What we actually do

Four systems. One phone that rings.

Not a website. A lead system with a website in it. Every piece feeds the next one — and all four are included in the core package.

01

A website that ranks

Custom-built and mobile-first, designed for your segment — not a template with your logo dropped in.

  • Schema markup and local keyword targeting
  • A page for every service you sell
  • City pages where they'll actually help
  • Hosted, updated, secured and monitored by us
02

Google Business Profile

The map pack is where the calls are. We optimize it in month one, then work it every week after.

  • Categories, services, description, service area
  • 4+ posts and 4–8 geo-tagged photos a month
  • Q&A populated with what people search
  • Bad edits rejected, duplicates killed
03

A review engine

Reviews are the single biggest lever on map pack position. Asking for them shouldn't be your job.

  • Automatic SMS and email after every job
  • QR codes for the truck, office and invoices
  • Responses handled within 48 hours
  • Unhappy customers routed to you, privately, first
04

Speed-to-lead

The first company to answer usually wins the job. This makes sure that's you, even mid-route.

  • Instant SMS + email the second a form is sent
  • Click-to-call on every mobile page
  • Nothing sits in an inbox you check at 8pm
  • Every lead logged, none lost

005 — The part you're skeptical about

“I've been burned by a marketing agency before.”

It's the first thing we hear, and it's fair. Somebody took a setup fee, sent a report full of numbers that meant nothing, and disappeared.

Here's the difference: one of our owners runs a pool company — a $1M one. This system got built for that business first, because that business needed it. We're not marketers who Googled “pool company” and found a niche.

And the structure protects you. Three months to prove it works, then month to month, forever. If we stop delivering, you leave. We have to earn it every single month — which is exactly the pressure that should be on us.

006 — The math

What is one more pool actually worth?

Pool customers don't buy once. They stay for years. That's why this math works out faster than owners expect — move the sliders with your real numbers.

Every dark house in this photo is a pool that belongs to somebody else. The lit one found somebody. That's the entire business.

New customers a month 3
What you charge a month $150
How long they stay 3 yrs
Added recurring revenue / month$450
Deep End core package−$497
Lifetime value of one year's leads$162,000
Lifetime value vs. a year of our fees 27×

At 3 new customers a month, you cover the fee in the first week.

007 — The first 90 days

You'll know if it's working before the commitment ends.

That's deliberate. Three months is long enough for Google to respond and short enough that you're never trapped.

Week 1–4

Built and live

  • New site designed, written and launched
  • GBP fully optimized — categories, description, services, photos
  • Speed-to-lead notifications switched on
  • Review system connected to your job flow
Month 2–3

Google responds

  • Weekly posts, photo drops, review responses
  • Rankings start moving in your service area
  • First organic and map pack leads land
  • Review count climbing on autopilot
Month 4 →

Month to month

  • Cancel any time, no penalty, no hostage-taking
  • Ongoing management and monthly reporting
  • Check-in calls on what the numbers actually did
  • Add SEO campaign or Google Ads when you're ready

008 — Pricing

One core plan. Two add-ons when you want to go faster.

No packages named after metals. No "custom quote" games. This is the price.

Core

Everything a pool company needs to get found, capture the lead, and build a reputation that compounds.

$497/ month

$1,491 to start — covers the build + first 3 months

  • SEO-optimized website — custom-built for your segment, hosted and maintained

SEO & Geo Relevance Campaign

+$297 / month

Active campaign work that pushes you into the map pack faster and across a wider area than optimization alone.

  • High-trust local links, 1–2 a month
  • Citation building and cleanup
  • Neighborhood and service-area expansion
  • Bi-weekly rank map tracking

Worth it if: you're in a metro over 500k, or the map pack in your city is locked up by established competitors.

Google Ads

+$297 / month + ad spend

Leads now, while the organic rankings build underneath. You pay Google directly — we don't touch your ad budget.

  • Campaign build, keywords, ad copy testing
  • Landing pages on your existing site
  • Bid management and budget control
  • Spend, clicks, leads and cost-per-lead reported monthly

Worth it if: you're new, you need leads this month, or you're pushing a spring opening or fall closing season.

$497/month works out to about $16 a day — less than one service call for most pool companies. The first three months are paid upfront because SEO doesn't flip like a switch; after that you're month to month and you can walk any time.

009 — Straight answers

What pool guys ask us first.

Why do I have to pay three months upfront?

Because results take time and we'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise. SEO and Google Business Profile work don't flip like a switch — Google has to notice the changes and re-index you.

If we let you cancel after 30 days, you'd leave right before the results showed up and we'd both lose. Three months covers the build, the optimization, and enough runway for Google to respond. Most clients see real traction in month two or three. After that it's month to month.

Why wouldn't I just hire a freelancer for $500?

You can, and here's what you'll get: a template site that looks like every other contractor site online, no Google Business Profile management, no lead automation, no review system, and nobody who knows the difference between a route business and a builder.

You'll spend $500, get a site that doesn't rank, and be back on referrals in 60 days. We build a lead system, not a website. The site is one of four pieces.

I get enough work from referrals. Why would I need this?

That means you do good work — genuinely. But ask yourself what happens in January. Or when your best referral source moves away.

Referrals can't be scaled or scheduled. Keep them and add inbound on top. The best time to build a second lead source is when you don't desperately need one.

Who owns the website?

You own your domain, your content, and your Google Business Profile — always, no exceptions. We build and host the site on your behalf, and if you cancel, your domain stays yours and you point it wherever you want.

The build itself stays with us because we maintain it. But the assets that matter — domain, GBP, reviews — are yours from day one.

Can you guarantee I'll rank number one?

No, and anyone who does is lying to you. Google decides rankings, not us.

What we guarantee is the work: the profile gets optimized and managed weekly, the reviews get requested after every job, the site gets built to rank, and every lead reaches your phone in seconds. We control the inputs and we report on them honestly every month.

Do you write fake reviews?

Never. Not once, not for anyone.

We build the system that makes it effortless for your real customers to leave real reviews — automatic requests after every job, QR codes on the truck and the invoice, responses handled for you. If someone's unhappy, they get routed to you privately before they get to Google. That's not review suppression, it's just answering the phone before it becomes a public problem.

How much of my time does this take?

An onboarding call, and then photos. That's the honest answer.

We need job photos to keep your profile fresh — most owners text them to us straight from the truck. Everything else is ours. You're on a route all day; that's the whole point of hiring us.

Do you work with companies outside Florida?

Yes. Florida is home and it's the biggest pool market in the country, so it's where most of our work is — but the system isn't geographically special.

What matters is that you're a pool company. We only do pools. That's the whole reason this works.

010 — Start here

Let's look at your Google profile together. Free.

Before you spend a dollar, we'll pull up your business the way a customer sees it and tell you exactly what's wrong. No pitch deck. It takes about five minutes.

  • Where you actually rank for your main service in your city
  • Your review count against the competitors beating you
  • What's missing or wrong on your profile right now
  • The two or three things that would move you the fastest

You can take the findings and do it yourself. Genuinely — we'd rather be useful than pushy.

Free Google audit

We'll send it back within one business day.

No contract, no card, no sales sequence. One audit and an honest conversation if you want one.
